For other NR base stations, the test configurations in table 4.5-1 and table 4.5-2 shall be used. The NR test configurations (NRTCx) are defined in TS 38.141-1 , subclause 4.7 for BS type 1-C and BS type 1-H and in TS 38.141-2 , subclause 4.7 for BS type 1-O and BS type 2-O.

Base stations need to pass conformance tests in the region where they will be installed before they can start operation in the field. For base stations the 3GPP specification TS 38.141 covers transmitter and receiver characteristics of base stations as well as receiver performance under noise and fading conditions.
Where should a BS type 1 base station be tested?
6.1.1.2.1 A BS Type 1-C base station shall be tested at the emission end of antenna port according to its operating frequency band. A BS Type 1-H base station shall be tested at the emission end of every TAB antenna port according to its operating frequency band.
